Sitting Knitting Patterns – Chunky Rib Scarf with no Purl Stitches

Description

This is an easy, chunky scarf that is worked using only the knit stitch. Two strands of yarn are held together throughout making it lovely and chunky and which also makes it grow very quickly. It can be worked in lots of different colour combinations making it suitable for everyone.

Materials and tools:

2 x 100g balls plain colour DK (knitted in West Yorkshire Spinners Colour Lab – 225m per 100g)

2 x 100g balls self-striping DK (knitted in West Yorkshire Spinners Colour Lab self striping – 225m per 100g) 6mm needles
