Delivery and Refunds Policy

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days following placing of an order, but this is not always possible.

Deliveries to UK addresses will be made by parcel carrier standard delivery which normally takes a few days following dispatch to most UK addresses.  However, as you can appreciate, this is entirely outside of our control.

Should any item be out of stock we will endeavour to contact you via the email address you supply when ordering to advise when we expect to be able to dispatch the goods.  You will then have the opportunity to cancel the order if you cannot wait that long.  Where any such item(s) are part of a multiple item order, and you are happy to wait to receive the out of stock item(s) then we reserve the right to either dispatch the order in multiple parts or dispatch the whole order once the missing item(s) are available.

Refunds Policy

Goods can be returned for exchange or refund for any reason, provided we are notified of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery, and provided the goods are returned in the same new condition as they were sent out with any product packaging still complete (ie they have not been used, damaged, or have any lingering odour from dampness or having been in an environment where smokers have been present).

In all cases, the package and postage charges incurred for the initial delivery of the goods will be refunded (standard delivery).  Postage costs for returning the goods (standard postage) will also be refunded where the goods were received damaged or incomplete and provided evidence is provided of the cost.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
