Description

KnitPro Bamboo needles are made from bamboo grown and cultivated in Japan. Japanese bamboo is considered much superior to bamboo found in other parts of the world due to the methodology adopted in Japan for it's growth. The Bamboo trees from which the needles are made are not harvested pre-maturely and are of a minimum specified age. This allows the needles to be sturdy and strong with high density and tensile strength. The moisture content in the bamboo is also controlled so the needles do not warp easily. The needles bear the usual hallmark of a KnitPro product, sharp tips and a smooth surface.
